Specifically, 100% of eligible TTHCs must be provided in the form of full online public services. All information, papers, and documents related to production and business activities should only be provided once to the state administrative agency.
At the same time, 100% of internal administrative procedures in each agency must be managed in an electronic environment.
The operation of the centralized TTHC information system of ministries and sectors must ensure smooth operation, meeting the requirements of implementing the two-level local government model.
People expressed their agreement and high expectations for the policy of drastically reducing 50% of the time and costs of resolving administrative procedures.
According to Mr. Tien Thang - a resident of Nha Trang ward, if implemented in practice, this will be a strong reform step, helping to significantly reduce inconvenience, repeated travel and costs incurred when carrying out procedures.
Many people believe that shortening the processing time of dossiers will help them be more proactive in their work, especially with procedures related to land, business or personal papers.
