On March 23, information from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that in the first quarter of 2026, the locality completed 57 tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister on time; 24 tasks are being implemented within the deadline and 24 tasks are waiting for confirmation of completion.
Regarding administrative procedure reform (TTHC), the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued 12 decisions announcing a total of 88 internal TTHCs.
At the same time, 7 decisions were issued approving plans to reduce 30% of the resolution time for 261 administrative procedures under the authority of all levels of government.
The rate of resolving administrative procedure dossiers on time continues to be maintained at a high level, with departments and branches reaching 96.7% and commune-level People's Committees reaching 95.6%.
The whole province also promoted digital transformation in resolving administrative procedures with the rate of digitization of dossiers and resolution results reaching 85.07%; the rate of re-exploitation and reuse of digitized data reached 92.3%.
Notably, 100% of eligible TTHCs have been announced to be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries. All meetings between the central - provincial, central - provincial - commune and provincial - commune levels are organized through the province's online meeting system.
In the field of digital transformation, the province has completed the trial connection of the Smart City Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC) with the population situation analysis service belonging to the national population database system managed by the Ministry of Public Security.
In addition, non-cash payments continue to be expanded. The work of receiving and processing feedback and recommendations from people and businesses is also focused on.
In the quarter, 873 reflections and recommendations were processed on time; the rest are being further resolved within the prescribed time limit.
Regarding organizational structure, 100% of specialized agencies under the province and commune level have completed the arrangement.
The Department of Home Affairs is continuing to appraise the Project on job positions and the proportion of civil servants according to job positions of departments and sectors; and at the same time build a framework list of job positions in the local government block at commune level to submit to the Provincial People's Committee.
In the field of public investment, accumulated disbursement in the first 2 months of 2026 reached more than 922 billion VND, higher than the national average.
Regarding the work of removing difficulties and obstacles for backlog and prolonged investment projects, the province has reported to the Central Government and agreed on a list of 78 projects under the Central Government's authority to propose the application of specific mechanisms and policies according to Resolution No. 170 dated November 30, 2024 of the 15th National Assembly.
For projects under local authority, the province has dismantled 51 projects, the remaining projects are continuing to be processed, striving to complete them no later than March 30.
