Regarding the Nha Trang - Cam Lam expressway project, the leader of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board said that the expressway has been opened to traffic, but there are still some problems, including a rest stop at Km33+930 (Cam Hiep commune). Up to now, compensation and site handover to investors have been completed.
During the implementation of the rest stop, we request that the authorities coordinate with the locality to provide goods and promote the strengths of local specialties, suggested a representative of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board.
Regarding this content, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Huyen assigned the Land Fund Development Center to complete payment procedures for people; at the same time, requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to provide specific instructions on procedures related to land allocation.
Mr. Huyen suggested that the Project Management Boards coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to complete the Nha Trang - Cam Lam expressway rest stop on schedule.
Regarding the old problems of this project, the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board said that the handover of service roads and level crossings is completing procedures to hand over to the locality for management.
For the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway project, the representative of Project Management Board 85 informed about the site clearance of the rest stop at Km90+900 (Do Vinh ward, Khanh Hoa province) which has been completed and handed over to the investor for construction.
Meanwhile, for the Thuan Nam intersection connecting route DT.709, the site clearance work has basically been completed, but during the construction process, problems arose related to the relocation of the water supply pipeline.
Currently, the relocation dossier is being completed by the Land Fund Development Branch of Nam Khanh Hoa area, submitted to the People's Committee of Phuoc Ha commune for approval for implementation.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Huyen requested the investor to transfer the payment funds on schedule so that Do Vinh ward can promptly pay the people. Regarding the Thuan Nam intersection, Mr. Huyen suggested that the locality must complete the relocation of the water pipeline before November 20, if there are any problems, they must promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee for direction on handling.
