On the afternoon of August 10, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee (Khanh Hoa Province) - visited and encouraged the family of Mr. N.B.K.C (born in 2003, residing in Phan Rang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province), the victim who died while climbing the mountain.
Here, Mr. Minh presented 25 million VND in support to the family. Nam Nha Trang ward leaders also supported the victim with an additional 5 million VND to arrange the funeral for the victim.
Before that, Mr. C climbed Hoang Nguu Son mountain alone. By the evening of August 4, the relatives could not contact Mr. C, so they reported it on social media and reported it to the authorities.
Immediately after receiving the news that Mr. C had lost contact on the mountain, the local authorities coordinated with the authorities to organize the search.
From August 5 to August 10, volunteer groups of tour guides and professional climbers came to support the search for the victims.
Many groups stayed on duty in the mountains all night, carrying vehicles to coordinate the search for Mr. C.
After nearly 6 days of large-scale searches, the groups checked each place on Hoang Nguu Son mountain with high, rugged terrain and overgrown with trees.
At noon on August 10, a group of volunteers discovered the victim under the rock box. The location where the victim's body was discovered was about 5km from the foot of the mountain, located east of Hoang Nguu Son mountain and about a few hundred meters from where the tops were placed.
Currently, the professional units of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police are conducting a crime scene investigation and autopsy. After completing the procedures, the victim's body will be taken down to the mountain and handed over to the family.
In recent days, the search for victims has received active support from many experienced climbers across provinces and cities across the country.
Along with the rescue and relief forces, many people of Khanh Hoa and the whole country still follow and send their hearts to Mr. C.
On social networks, images of rescue groups are constantly updated in the spirit of "all eyes are on Hoang Nguu Son". The volunteers have tried to race against time, overcome difficulties and dangers to find victims.
