In Hai Phong and Quang Ninh - the localities that suffered heavy damage from Typhoon Yagi, the power industry's shock forces have not yet been able to measure the damage along the entire power line.
However, a representative of the Northern Power Corporation said that it is expected that today, Hai Phong will restore power supply to about 60-70%; priority will be given to important loads, industrial zones...
"We have also established shock troops in localities, so that when needed, we can support the provision of electricity to people as soon as possible," said Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien - General Director of the Northern Power Corporation.
This morning, September 8, Hung Yen Power Company also restored all 110kV power lines and transformer stations; 5/6 large-capacity transformer stations supplying power to the flooded pumping station pumping water from the fields to the Red River and Luoc River operated normally, and medium-voltage and low-voltage incidents were proactively resolved by the unit.
In Thai Binh, this morning, the power supply situation in Thai Binh with the 110kV power grid was completely restored; 39 medium-voltage power lines were restored, and 85 lines are currently being processed. The headquarters of the district Party Committee/District People's Committee and hospitals have been given priority to restore power.
Currently, 9/24 pumping stations have been energized. Thai Binh Power Company is focusing on prioritizing the re-energization of pumping stations as soon as possible.
In Thai Nguyen, up to now, some power lines have been segmented and energized well. Currently, there are 10 segments and 10,321 customers without power. Thai Nguyen Power Company (PC) is conducting further inspections and closing each segment to reduce the number of customers without power. Important customers and the drainage pumping station in Thai Nguyen are still receiving power.
PC Thai Nguyen said that currently, the power outage is only occurring in small, rural areas that are difficult to access and handle. The unit is checking and handling the situation, striving to close the power before 12 noon today, September 8.
In Ha Nam, PC Ha Nam informed about the incident situation and troubleshooting of the power grid due to the impact of storm No. 3, the 110kV power grid is operating normally, there are no incidents of lines and transformer stations. The medium voltage grid has now restored 80 routes, currently 26 routes are being handled. It is expected to be completely restored today.
The main pumping stations have restored power, only a few small pumping stations in the fields remain. Ha Nam Electricity Company is focusing on restoring power to the pumping stations as soon as possible. The
110kV transformer stations of the three provinces of Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, and Ninh Binh are operating stably; all the pumping stations have been supplied with power and are operating to pump water; the central areas of the city and districts have been supplied with power;
Currently, Ha Nam still has a small part of Chau Son industrial park; Dong Van, Hoa Mac has not been granted, PC Ha Nam is expected to complete the power connection this afternoon, September 8; the entire information technology infrastructure is operating stably, some fiber optic cable lines have been resolved and are operating normally.
