Hai Phong - In the afternoon of March 31, Do Son ward announced the safe control of a buffalo showing signs of panic in the area.

Based on information reflected by the people, in the ward, there appeared 1 female buffalo and 1 calf showing signs of panic, with acts of attacking people in the field area of the ward's central road project, Thanh Nien road (Ngoc Son residential group) and surrounding areas.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Do Son ward government promptly issued an urgent notice, requesting people to limit travel and not approach the above-mentioned area to ensure safety; and at the same time directed functional forces to quickly deploy handling measures according to regulations.

Through verification, the above buffaloes are buffaloes raised by households in the Tan Thanh - Duong Kinh area (old), escaped from the barn and moved to Do Son ward; not local fighting buffaloes.

Up to now, the female buffalo has been controlled and handled safely by functional forces, ensuring compliance with regulations. The situation in the area has stabilized, and people's activities and travel are taking place normally.
