On the afternoon of August 23, Lac Duong Commune Police (Lam Dong) said that the unit had just supported a foreign tourist who had a traffic accident on National Highway 27C.
Previously, at about 6:30 am on the same day, Lac Duong Commune Police received a report from people about a foreign tourist having an accident at Km65 National Highway 27C, passing through Dong Mang village.
Immediately after that, a working group was sent to the scene. Functional forces recorded a male tourist scratched and injured in the arm area after the collision.
Through checking personal papers, the victim was identified as Mr. Mingalev Dmitrii (born 1989, Russian nationality).
The commune police quickly took Mr. Dmitrii to Lac Duong Commune Health Station for examination and first aid. Here, the police force coordinated with medical staff to disinfect, bandage the wounds and encourage tourists.
After being given first aid, Mr. Dmitrii's health and spirit stabilized. The commune police continued to support arranging luggage and using patrol cars to take tourists to the hotel where they stayed.
Mr. Dmitrii expressed his gratitude for the timely support of Lac Duong Commune Police with friendly gestures.
