Kon Tum promotes progress in key projects

THANH TUẤN |

Kon Tum - Functional departments need to properly handle land procedures and promote project implementation progress, especially key projects.

On October 16, information from the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee said that the unit had sent an official dispatch requesting relevant departments and agencies to properly handle land procedures and promote the progress of key projects.

Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Land Registration Office and the Land Registration Office branches of districts and cities to strictly comply with land regulations when receiving and processing records and procedures.

In particular, it is strictly forbidden for officials, civil servants and public employees to set up procedures and requirements that are not in accordance with the law, causing trouble for people and businesses.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Construction of the province review and research advice to shorten the time for processing records, regularly check and monitor land records.

The Provincial People's Committee assessed that resolving difficulties and obstacles in land procedures, land use conversion, and site clearance compensation will help speed up the disbursement progress of public investment projects and key investment attraction projects in Kon Tum province.

Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee requested to speed up the progress of projects such as: Urban area, eco-tourism resort combined with sports in Dak Ro Wa commune; main road axis in the west of Kon Tum city; project to build bridge and road at both ends of the bridge from Ia Chim commune tourist wharf, Kon Tum city (Provincial Road 671); traffic road connecting with Provincial Road 675A, Ya Ly commune, Sa Thay district...

In particular, Kon Tum province also resolutely revoked the project because the investor refused to implement it and was behind schedule.
