The Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee (Hue City) has just issued a decision to discipline Ms. Duong Thi Thuy - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Vice Principal of Phu Thanh Kindergarten (Duong No Ward, Thuan Hoa District) for violating ethics and lifestyle.
According to the conclusion of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, during her work and daily activities, Ms. Duong Thi Thuy's behavior and actions showed an inappropriate relationship between men and women with a person in a legal marriage. Despite being reminded and warned by the agency and the union, Ms. Thuy still did not overcome the situation but continued to maintain this relationship.
The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee determined that Ms. Thuy's behavior violated Point a, Clause 3, Article 51 of Regulation No. 69-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee on Disciplining Party organizations and Party members who violated; violated the provisions of the law on marriage and family, the regime of one husband and one wife; and at the same time violated Regulation No. 37-QD/TW on things that Party members are not allowed to do.
Ms. Thuy's violations have caused negative public opinion, affecting the happiness of other people's families and the reputation of the individual, unit as well as the Party organization where she works.
On that basis, the Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee decided to take disciplinary action by removing Ms. Duong Thi Thuy from the position of Deputy Secretary of Phu Thanh Kindergarten Party Cell.
