Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Ton Quang Tinh (My Dinh 1 ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi) said that in the past time, the Party, State and Government have held many important meetings to prepare major national policies for the country's development.
To successfully implement those policies, Mr. Tinh said that each citizen must also "strive for themselves", demonstrating their responsibility as citizens through proactively studying, researching and participating in implementing policies right from the time they were first formed.
Mr. Tinh emphasized that the leaders of the Party and State have repeatedly affirmed: Time is very urgent, this requires great urgency and determination from the whole society.
"transforming yourself is not only to take care of yourself but also to the internal and external affairs. Each National Assembly delegate also needs to show great determination to create consensus among the people. When the top and bottom are united, no matter how big, it will be successful" - Mr. Tinh said.
Regarding the policy of reorganizing the apparatus, Mr. Tinh said that this is inevitable to bring cadres closer to the people and closer to the people.
However, he also frankly acknowledged: "Change old habits will definitely be difficult. But it is this selection and screening process that will find capable and responsible cadres, contributing to the development of the country".

According to Mr. Bui Viet Sy (Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi), the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly is a historic session to bring the country into a new era of development.
According to Mr. Sy, this National Assembly session is an event of special significance, associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference of the 13th tenure.
This is a historic session, where important decisions for the next stage of the country's development are discussed. Resolution 11 has effectively paved the way for major steps, from reforming the apparatus to changing policy mechanisms. This time the National Assembly will specify and start implementing it" - Mr. Sy affirmed.
Mr. Sy said that the immediate goal is to streamline the administrative apparatus - which has existed for many years with low operational efficiency.
"In my opinion, there are still some departments of cadres, civil servants and public employees who are not working effectively, causing budget waste and delaying the development of society. We must change that by reforming institutions, innovating science and technology to contribute to the country's increasingly prosperous development" - Mr. Sy said.
