Previously, at the end of October, a fishing boat entering La Gi estuary ran aground and was sunk by waves.

La Gi estuary has silted up its channels, making it difficult for boats to enter and exit, especially when there are big waves. Fishing boats entering and exiting La Gi estuary are easily washed away by big waves onto the sandbars, causing the boats to break and sink.
