Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai has just signed a document terminating the validity of the entire Document No. 4791 dated June 30, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to handle or propose handling of arising issues (if any) related to the termination of the entire validity of Document No. 4791.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee also requested departments, branches, localities and related organizations and individuals to base on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law; documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Land Law to deploy land records and procedures according to the provisions of current law.
Previously, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a document on handling the results of inspections of land donation areas for road construction in Bao Loc city and Bao Lam district.
This document has content related to cases of land donation for road construction.
Organizations and individuals who are subject to land donation for road construction and subdivision and separation of plots for real estate business purposes must establish enterprises or cooperatives.
At the same time, an investment project must be established to submit for appraisal and approval of the investment policy according to regulations.
Real estate investment and business projects must comply with the Housing Development Program and Plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
The formation of traffic routes in the land donation area for road construction must comply with urban planning, construction planning, traffic planning; comply with relevant current regulations, standards and regulations and must be granted a construction permit.
