According to reflections from the press agency on January 9, 2026 and people, currently, in Tu Ne village, Luong Tai commune, there are 2 flour production facilities causing serious environmental pollution, people have reported many times but have not been thoroughly handled.
To verify the incident and immediately handle this situation, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial Police, Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television, Luong Tai Commune People's Committee and relevant agencies and units to conduct actual inspections, verify the incident, strictly handle violations according to their authority (if any), clarify the responsibilities of collectives and individuals involved (especially if there are signs of covering up and protecting the activities of the above 2 establishments); report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, before January 15, 2026.
According to people's reflections, the situation of emitting smoke causing pollution at the rice noodle production facility in Tu Ne village has been going on for several years recently.
