Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on the inspection of businesses' reflections on the situation of businesses discharging waste causing environmental pollution at Viet Tien industrial cluster.
Official dispatch sent to Departments: Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade; Provincial Police; Tu Lan Ward People's Committee; Minh Hoang Long Co., Ltd.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee received a petition from businesses operating in Viet Tien industrial cluster reflecting that Hoa Cen Vietnam Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (the unit leasing land from Phuong Dong Aluminum Import-Export Joint Stock Company) discharges waste causing environmental pollution, including: Waste gases and wastewater.
To verify and handle violations, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has the following opinions: Assign the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the Departments of: Agriculture and Environment, Industry and Trade; People's Committee of Tu Lan Ward; Minh Hoang Long Co., Ltd. (Viet Tien IC Investor) and relevant agencies and units to inspect the reality, verify the incident, and strictly handle violations according to their authority (if any); report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, before January 15, 2026.
It is known that Viet Tien industrial cluster was established in 2011 (8.26 ha), expanded in 2017 (21.5 ha), and the infrastructure construction investor is Minh Hoang Long Co., Ltd.
Previously, people and press agencies had many parts of their reflection related to environmental protection work at this industrial cluster.
