The fatal incident occurred at around 6:00 a.m. on November 17 on Phu Loi Street, Phu Loi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at that time, people saw a woman and a motorbike with a license plate from Thanh Hoa province lying motionless on Phu Loi Street from Hang Bong Market to National Highway 13. People quickly called an ambulance to support the victim. However, when checking, the woman was found dead. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the victim's body was lying next to the motorbike.
It is known that the deceased victim's name is N.T.Nh (born in 1970, residing in Thu Dau Mot ward). That same morning, Ms. Nh went to buy fruit at Hang Bong market, and on her way back, after a short distance from the market, the incident occurred.
The victim's body is currently being taken to Binh Duong General Hospital for forensic work.
The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department has conducted an investigation of the scene and extracted camera footage from the scene area to investigate this death.
