The accident occurred on Highway 743, passing through Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly in Binh Phuoc A Quarter, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province).
The deceased victim was identified as Mr. L.V.N (born in 1981, from Tay Ninh) who worked as a delivery man.
A camera near the scene recorded the time of the accident.
At around 10:00 a.m. the same day, Mr. L.V.N was driving a motorbike to deliver goods on DT 743 from Ong Cu Temple to Phu Loi.

When arriving at the above location, an accident occurred. The victim lay motionless, people came to check and discovered that Mr. L.V.N had died. The accident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the tourist car stopped next to the sidewalk. Next was the victim's body and motorbike lying on the white section. The container truck involved in the accident stopped about 100m from the scene.
Upon receiving the report, units under the Ho Chi Minh City Police were present to protect the scene and regulate traffic.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
