The support is implemented in accordance with legal regulations, quickly and promptly, both ensuring the legitimate rights of citizens and improving the quality of service.

Similarly, in Lieu Tu commune (Can Tho city), the model "Supporting the reception and return of administrative procedure results at home for meritorious people, policy families, and poor households" has also been implemented, with more than 170 households receiving support. Priority areas such as Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Justice, Civil Affairs, Land Administration, Construction.
Mr. Hong Minh Quyen, Deputy Director of the Lieu Tu Commune Public Administration Service Center (Can Tho City) said - people only need to contact by phone, through the Hamlet People's Committee or mass organizations for guidance. After that, the staff will go directly to the reception house, support the file making, transfer the results to the Processing Center and return the results on site.
Mr. Quyen informed that the goal of the locality is to ensure 100% of administrative procedures related to the regime and policies for meritorious people, policy households, poor and near-poor households to be received, processed and returned results in accordance with regulations and in a timely manner. Thereby, the model not only enhances people's satisfaction but also demonstrates the image of a friendly, close-to-people, responsible government.

Similarly, in Long Phu commune (Can Tho city), civil servants of the Commune Administrative Service Center also directly visited people's houses to support the confirmation of authorization for the elderly, the sick, and people with difficulty traveling.
The procedures are handled quickly and in accordance with regulations, ensuring legality and the rights of citizens. During the implementation process, administrative civil servants not only guide the process but also acknowledge the thoughts and aspirations of the people to improve the quality of service in the coming time.
