The People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a document on approving the policy in the proposal to build a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council regulating the support policy for redundant subjects due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, villages, and residential groups; commune-level cadres and civil servants who have not yet achieved the training level according to professional and technical standards in Lang Son province.
Accordingly, in addition to the regimes and policies prescribed by the Government on streamlining payroll and other policies prescribed by law, the subjects in the regulations are provided with additional support as follows.
For commune-level officials, for each month of leave before the end of their term, they will receive support of 1/4 of their current salary.
For subjects who retire before the end of their term, the number of months of support is calculated by the number of months of leave before the retirement date mentioned above.
For commune-level civil servants, for each month of leave before the end of the roadmap for resolving redundant civil servants according to the decision of the competent authority, they will be supported with 1/4 of their current salary.
For subjects whose retirement date is before the end of the arrangement roadmap, the number of months of support is calculated by the number of months of retirement before the retirement date mentioned above.
Part-time workers at the commune level: for each year of work, they will receive support equal to half of the monthly allowance of the position at the time of resignation. In case of holding multiple positions, they will only receive support for the position with the highest support level.
Commune-level cadres and civil servants who have not met professional and technical standards will be supported with 1/4 of their current salary for each month of retirement before August 1, 2028.
Non-professional workers and those directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups that are redundant due to the arrangement and merger of villages and residential groups will be supported with half of the allowance or monthly support level of the position at the time of resignation for each year of work.
In case of holding multiple positions, only the support level of the position with the highest support level will be enjoyed.
