When detecting a risk of traffic unsafety, the locality must immediately report to the Provincial Civil Defense Command for handling.
Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company and the Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board must also inspect the managed roads and develop repair plans. If urgent construction works are needed, the units report to the Provincial People's Committee to issue orders according to regulations.
The Department of Finance is assigned to balance and advise on allocating funds to implement urgent projects, ensuring progress. The Department of Agriculture and Environment monitors and summarizes damage caused by natural disasters throughout the province.
