On the afternoon of March 2nd, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the preparation for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Pho Hien ward.
According to the report of the Voting Committee of Pho Hien ward, the whole ward has 48,300 voters, of which 2,300 voters participated in two-level elections and 46,000 voters participated in three-level elections. The ward has 7 electoral units for ward People's Council deputies for the 2026-2031 term, with a total number of elected deputies of 27 people.
The locality has established 22 polling stations in 7 electoral units, including 19 points at cultural houses in neighborhoods and 3 points at schools (Pho Hien Kindergarten, Hoang Le Elementary School, Hien Nam Elementary School). By the time of inspection, the preparation of facilities for the election was basically completed, ensuring conditions for organizing elections in accordance with regulations.
Regarding propaganda work, Pho Hien ward has established the Information and Propaganda Sub-committee, developed specific plans, and synchronously deployed many rich, diverse and continuous forms of propaganda before the election.

As the central area of the province, along with urban embellishment, the ward has directed departments and branches to coordinate with residential groups to decorate polling rooms, post voter lists, candidate lists and related documents in accordance with instructions, ensuring science and convenience for people to follow.
Along with working with the Ward Election Committee, the working delegation inspected the reality at An Thinh Residential Group, directly grasped the preparation situation at the polling area, the review of voter lists, security and order assurance plans and handling of arising situations.
Speaking at the inspection, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the Party Committee and government of Pho Hien ward in implementing election preparation tasks. Emphasizing that this is the peak period of election work, he requested localities to continue to strictly implement the provisions of the law on elections; firmly grasp the process, ensure democracy, transparency, and objectivity; proactively anticipate possible situations, develop specific and timely handling plans, and not be passive or surprised.
Leaders of Hung Yen province also requested the Election Teams to promote the spirit of responsibility, work meticulously, clearly assign people, clearly assign tasks, and clearly specify completion times; strengthen cross-checks to promptly detect and overcome shortcomings. The handling of situations must be cautious, in accordance with regulations, and promptly report for unified and effective direction.
