    Initial information, the accident occurred around 1am, at Vo Nguyen Giap Street (section passing Group 3, Binh Minh Ward).

    The camera records the scene of a motorbike with a control plate of 18GA-098.51 running in the direction of Lao Cai city to Lao Cai central bus station.

    There are 3 people on the car, initially the authorities have identified Tran Huu H. (19 years old, in Thong Nhat commune, Lao Cai city), Le H. (hometown in Nam Dinh) and a young man Clearly background.

    When traveling to Group 3 (Binh Minh Ward), the car could not control the speed, rushed into the tree on the sidewalk on the left of the road and fell to the road, causing 3 people to die on the spot.

    Currently the incident is being investigated by the police.
