On the afternoon of February 13, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City chaired the Conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work at the Organization Board of the City Party Committee.
According to Decision 8145 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Mr. Vu Duc Bao (born January 28, 1965) - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, will retire early, from February 15, 2025.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned Mr. Ha Minh Hai (born February 14, 1969) - Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026 to work at the City Party Committee's Organization Board, holding the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board, term 2020 - 2025 from February 15, 2025.
Presenting the decision to Mr. Vu Duc Bao, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai assessed that Mr. Vu Duc Bao had excellently fulfilled his labor obligations and important responsibilities; the Party and State allowed him to retire to enjoy the Social Insurance regime.
During his 42 years of work, Mr. Vu Duc Bao has had many memorable and valuable memories and marks. Mr. Vu Duc Bao has always maintained his political stance and moral qualities, promoted solidarity and responsibility, always been a leading role model, fulfilled his duties as a Party member, and closely associated with the People.

Presenting the decision to Mr. Ha Minh Hai, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai assessed that Mr. Ha Minh Hai is a well-trained cadre, has a strong political stance, good moral qualities; is a cadre who has been trained and matured through many working environments.
Mr. Hai has held many leadership positions, including Director of Departments and Branches; Secretary of Dong Da District Party Committee; Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee. In every position, he has always completed his tasks well and excellently.
