Cash payment at payment points: Payment time at fixed payment points is from October 2 to 10, 2025.
During this time, payment points must ensure a minimum of 6 hours of operation per day.
Cash payment at transaction points of the district post office:
Payment period continues from October 11 to October 25, 2025 at the commune's post office transaction points.
