Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on the morning of July 20, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee said that the work of reviewing and handling the situation of illegal construction and expansion within the traffic corridor will be carried out throughout the locality.
Mr. Tuan shared that the working group of the Commune People's Committee directly directed by him has just carried out the clearance of spontaneous market meeting and business gathering points within the traffic safety corridor in the area outside Phung Xa market, Phung Xa village.
After exchanging with the Working Group, business households here have voluntarily dismantled billboards, canopies, corrugated iron roofs, iron doors, folding doors, cut down green trees in the corridor land area, creating a clear and safe landscape when participating in traffic" - Mr. Tuan said.

Along with that, the Task Force has identified the legal land boundary of individuals and households and made a record of administrative violation for 1 violating household, requesting self-reparation. If self-reparation is not made, the Task Force will proceed to sanction and enforce the dismantling of the project.
Also according to Mr. Tuan, after completing the clearance, the Commune People's Committee directed the handover to the Police force, Village Head, and Village Security and Order Team to manage the area, and if re-violations are detected, dossiers will be prepared for handling according to regulations.
