Viet Tien Commune People's Committee, Hung Yen province is strengthening inspection and handling of cases of violations of land and construction laws in the area according to Plan No. 53/KH-UBND dated September 8, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening inspection and handling of illegal construction works, violations of land, construction, transportation, irrigation and dykes.
On June 24, according to Viet Tien commune, leaders of Viet Tien Commune People's Committee and specialized departments conducted field inspections after receiving information from the village base.
Through inspection, functional forces discovered that Mr. Dao Anh Ngoc's household, in Van Cau village, had the act of illegally building works on agricultural land and in the Nghia Tru river corridor.
According to the determination of functional agencies, the violating project has an area of about 350m2, is surrounded by corrugated iron and roofed with corrugated iron. The project is expected to be used as a nylon and plastic recycling workshop.

The violated land area belongs to the Thung Lo Gach area, Van Cau village, at land plots No. 250, 337 and 107, map sheet No. 09, with a total area of 8.136m2. This is a public land area managed by the Commune People's Committee and leased to Mr. Dao Anh Ngoc's household for aquaculture, planting trees and raising livestock and poultry.
Immediately after detecting the violation, specialized agencies made a record of administrative violation according to regulations. At the same time, the Commune People's Committee mobilized forces to support the family to dismantle the violating construction. The dismantling work was deployed until 7:30 pm on the same day.
After a process of propaganda and mobilization, Mr. Dao Anh Ngoc's household signed a commitment to continue to voluntarily dismantle all violating works, completing them before 4 pm on June 26, 2026 to restore the original state of the land area.
Viet Tien Commune People's Committee said it will continue to strengthen inspection and supervision of land management and use in the area; promptly detect, prevent and handle violations according to the provisions of law.
Local authorities also request organizations, individuals and people to raise awareness of complying with regulations on land and construction; not to arbitrarily level ground, change land use purposes or build illegal works on agricultural land to ensure order in land management and land use for the right purposes as prescribed.
