Through review, the working group of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee discovered many projects, mainly tents and shops in Tan Tien and Thong Nhat areas of old Minh Tan commune, violating the traffic safety corridor on provincial road 321C.
In May 2026, the Commune People's Committee organized propaganda, mobilization, and requested individuals and households in the two above-mentioned areas to sign commitments to dismantle all illegal constructions.
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee, as of May 31, 2026, after actual inspection, 10/23 cases of voluntary dismantling were recorded but not completed. Therefore, the Commune People's Committee requested the above 10 cases and the remaining cases to seriously implement as committed.
Until yesterday, June 1st, the Commune People's Committee directed the working group to carry out dismantling for cases of intentionally not complying. Cam Khe commune will take strong action against the situation of building works encroaching on the traffic safety corridor" - Mr. Tuan affirmed.
Also according to Mr. Tuan, the Commune People's Committee will continue to direct implementation for households encroaching on canals and roadsides belonging to the road from the old Dong Cam commune intersection to the old Tung Khe commune.
