The Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center has just announced publicly to select short-term land lease subjects for the land plot at VT-12 land plot, Phuc Loi ward to implement the plan to gather, transit and treat solid waste recycling in Long Bien district.
Accordingly, the location of the land plot symbol VT-12, outside the beach, 20m from the Duong river dike corridor, ensuring a minimum safety gap of 20m towards the river. The land plot has an area of 12,785.3m2.
Current status, unused land, no construction works on the land.
The purpose of leasing is used to implement the plan to gather and transfer solid waste recycling in Long Bien district. Expected rental time 5 years; The starting price of land lease is 41,010 VND/m2/year (thus, the starting price is 524.3 million VND/year).
Organizations and units registered to participate in land lease must have registered business lines for recycling construction solid waste; have financial capacity and experience in the field of waste recycling.
After being selected, the unit must pay the deposit not less than 20% of the total value of land rent according to the proposed unit price. The unit that is selected to rent land must not build solid works and must commit to voluntarily dismantle the work when notified of the land fund development organization on the termination of the contract, not to be compensated for land, property and investment costs in the land. The person who is selected to rent the land must pay the deposit for the responsibility of dismantling the work.
The organization wishes to participate in receiving invitations to participate, send the dossier to participate in the Land Fund Development Center of Long Bien District. Within 5 working days from the expiry date of publishing publicly published information, the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center notifies the selected lease unit (the unit has the highest land lease application and proposes the highest rental price) to agree on conditions and content to sign the contract.
After 3 written notices or telephones to the selected rental unit, the selected rental unit does not contact the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center to unify the conditions and contents of the contract signing or the selected rental unit is inconsistent with the conditions and contents of the contract, the Land Fund Development Center of Long Bien District will make a public announcement to select other rental units.
