40 newly built houses - 40 starts with all kindness
At Khanh Mailisa Charity Village, each house is a work of dedication and standards. No so bo, no "doing it for the sake of it", all are carefully invested:
- Sturdy walls, beautiful clean brick floor
- Full living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, drying yard
- Materials selected from reputable brands: Hoa Phat Steel, Hoa Sen corrugated iron, Tuy Le bricks, Son Ha tanks, Tulip lights.
- In each house is a journey of preparation filled with love: There are 40 photos of Uncle Ho and the altar. There are 80 wooden beds, mattress bettes, wardrobes, and electric fans. There are 40 hot water bottles and dining tables. 10 tons of rice, divided equally among more than 210 people.

All houses are cleaned, placed in the right place, in the right direction. There is nothing to give. There is only one thing: do enough - with all your heart. At the ceremony, General Director Mailisa - Ms. Phan Thi Mai shared: "In the past, I used to lie under leaf roofs, shivering because of the cold, and I was afraid of crying when I saw the rain. Today, giving a house to someone else, I not only give a place to live but also give kindness, respect and trust.

Receiving a house cries, because their dream comes true
Ms. L.T.H. At the age of 66, the first person to receive the house could not hold back her tears: I didnt think I would have such a house in my life. There are beds, pillows, altars for grandparents, pots to cook rice, and rice to eat. It has been a few decades since I felt secure when it rained...

No need to show off - just need the right person, the right job
The Khanh Mailisa Love Village project is part of the silent charity journey of more than a decade of the Hoang Kim Khanh - Phan Thi Mai business couple.
In 2024 alone, Mailisa spent more than 100 billion VND on charity activities, it is known that all of the above money was not raised to raise from any individuals or organizations, but from the personal assets of the couple Hoang Kim Khanh - Phan Thi Mai.
- Building a charity house
- Build a 0 VND kitchen
- Flood emergency relief
And so, in the place bordering Cao Bang... Mailisa not only built 40 houses, but also brought 40 more spacious and better lives - so that those difficult lives did not have to fear the rain at night, did not have to lie on cold ground.
