The highlight of the election day in border and mountainous communes belonging to constituency No. 19 is that for special cases, elderly people, seriously ill people who cannot directly go to the polling area, the election teams have sent forces to bring auxiliary ballot boxes to the place for voters to exercise their voting rights.

This approach not only ensures the legitimate rights of citizens but also demonstrates the spirit of responsibility, closeness and determination to successfully organize election days in remote, isolated, border, and mountainous areas.

By the time of inspection, more than 90% of voters at constituency No. 19 had participated in voting. A large number of voters expressed excitement, confidence and expectation to select typical delegates in terms of qualities, capacity and responsibility, truly representing the will and aspirations of the People.
