Manulife opens new office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Manulife has just officially opened the M-Class Saigon office at a prime location in LIM Tower building (9-11 Ton Duc Thang, District 1).

M-Class Saigon is 1,500m2 wide, integrating a professional transaction space for customers and a modern working area of the consulting team. The newly designed smartly and multi-functional office includes: open transaction counter, personal consulting area, training room, office, multi-functional event space... With a location at District 1 financial center, Manulife hopes to bring maximum convenience to customers, as well as help the consulting team easily connect and participate in professional training activities.

Ms. Le Thu Ngan (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) said: "My house is in Thu Duc but it only takes about 20 minutes by metro. The new office is very modern, the consultants are enthusiastic and supportive, so I feel secure. Things are not the same as I had previously imagined about insurance.

The opening of the M-Class Saigon office also shows the strong development of Manulife in recent times. Previously, in 2022, the Company put into operation the M-Class Hanoi building with a capacity of more than 7,000 people, becoming a trusted address for customers in the capital. In Ho Chi Minh City, the new M-Class Saigon office is expected to continue to become the top choice of people in financial and insurance transactions.

In just the past year, Manulife has upgraded a series of new offices in key provinces such as District 7 headquarters (HCMC), Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang... In 2025, the Canadian insurance company said it will continue to launch many solutions focusing on customers. Most recently, the company has deployed M-PS (Manulife Promoter System) - a system for receiving feedback on customer satisfaction after each transaction, helping Manulife proactively improve service quality.
