In the early morning of February 25, the Investigation Police Agency of Ham Thuan Bac District Police, Binh Thuan Province, examined the scene of an accident between two motorbikes that killed a woman.
The accident occurred on an inter-commune road in Ham Hiep commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province. At that time, there was a collision between a motorbike with license plate 86H1-5671 and a motorbike with license plate 86B3-509.92. At the scene, a man and a woman riding these two motorbikes were thrown onto the road, lying motionless.
Both victims were taken by ambulance to Binh Thuan General Hospital for emergency treatment. However, the woman, Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh L (born in 1992), died. The Investigation Police Agency of Ham Thuan Bac District Police, Binh Thuan Province, has come to examine the scene to investigate the accident and request an autopsy.
According to relatives, Ms. L works for hire in the locality every day. She worked as a fruit seller to work extra in the evening, and was about 1km from home on her way home from work when she had a tragic accident.
