On October 22, a representative of the Traffic Police Department of Tuyen Quang Province Police said that this unit will strictly handle the case of car drivers with very high alcohol concentration, exceeding the limit by 3 times, and even not being able to stand firm when working with the working group.

Previously, on the evening of October 21, on National Highway 2C (Son Thuy Commune, Tuyen Quang), the working group of Traffic Police Team No. 1 discovered and checked the alcohol concentration of driver D.V.D. (born in 1989) is driving a car with license plate 22A-292.XX.

At the time of inspection, driver D. left the vehicle but could not stand firm to work with the authorities.

The results of the alcohol concentration measurement by alcohol determined that driver D. violated the law at 1,270 mg/L of breath, exceeding the highest level as prescribed by 3 times.

The working group has drawn up a record and temporarily detained the vehicle for the above violation.

For his violation, driver D. will be fined from 30 to 40 million VND and have his driving license revoked for 22 to 24 months.
