    Quang Binh - A student has just been hospitalized after a problem at a swimming pool in Kien Giang town.

    On June 6, the People's Committee of Kien Giang town (Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province) said that the incident occurred in the late afternoon of June 5.

    While participating in swimming at a swimming pool in the area, a student suddenly had an accident in the water.

    Immediately afterwards, the child was taken to shore for first aid and transferred to Le Thuy District General Hospital. After being checked, he was transferred to a higher level for treatment at the Vietnam - Cuba Dong Hoi Friendship Hospital.

    As of the morning of June 6, this student is still being monitored and treated at the hospital.

    The authorities are coordinating with relevant units to clarify the cause of the incident.
