On May 28, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Dien Bien Provincial Police said that from June 1, 2025, the Traffic Police Department will change the location to receive administrative procedures related to the field of vehicle registration; issue, reissue driving licenses from the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department (Group 4, Nam Thanh Ward, Dien Bien Phu City) to Dien Bien Provincial Police, Branch 2 (Thanh Xuan Village, Thanh Hung Commune, Dien Bien District - next to 7/5 Hospital, Dien Bien Provincial Police).
The change of location is aimed at improving service quality, creating more favorable conditions for people when coming to carry out administrative procedures.
Recently (on May 25), 263 candidates were present at the car transportation joint stock company test site of Dien Bien province (Thanh Binh ward, Dien Bien Phu city) to participate in the A1 driving license exam chaired by the Traffic Police Department, Dien Bien Provincial Police.
According to Lao Dong's research, on May 29, the Traffic Police Department will organize a car driving test at the address of the Road Motor Driving Training - Testing Center (in Thanh Nua commune, Dien Bien district).
Previously, Dien Bien Provincial Police issued a plan to organize an exam and issue a road motor vehicle driving license in 2025. Accordingly, it is expected that in the last 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Police will organize 10 car driving tests; 20 motorbike driving tests.
