In Xuan Truong commune, prolonged heavy rain caused deep flooding, causing traffic congestion for many hours.

Agricultural production is also seriously affected. The whole province has 80.89 hectares of rice and crops broken, of which more than 62 hectares of rice.
Traffic infrastructure was damaged with 5 rural roads in Khanh Xuan, Phuc Hoa, Phan Thanh and Canh Tan having landslides and rockslides, endangering people and vehicles. Some other works were also affected and damaged.
