Cao Bang - On September 29, there was prolonged rain in the area due to the circulation of storm No. 10, floods on rivers and streams rose rapidly.

Due to the impact of the circulation of storm No. 10 accompanied by heavy rain, tornadoes and landslides. Up to now, many localities in the province have suffered heavy damage to houses, agriculture and infrastructure. In Xuan Truong commune, prolonged heavy rain caused deep flooding, causing traffic congestion for many hours.

On September 29, Xuan Truong Commune Police issued a warning, warning people not to approach flooded areas and areas with fast-flowing water to ensure safety of people.

On the same day, soldiers from Xuan Truong Border Guard Station arrived to help households move their belongings and food to safety.

According to preliminary statistics, natural disasters did not cause any human casualties but caused 97 houses to have their roofs blown off and damaged. Agricultural production is also seriously affected. The whole province has 80.89 hectares of rice and crops broken, of which more than 62 hectares of rice.

Traffic infrastructure was damaged with 5 rural roads in Khanh Xuan, Phuc Hoa, Phan Thanh and Canh Tan having landslides and rockslides, endangering people and vehicles. Some other works were also affected and damaged.
