According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the afternoon and evening of September 14, in the Northwest region, from Da Nang to Lam Dong and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on September 14, some places over 80mm.
On the evening and night of September 14, the area from Da Nang to Lam Dong and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms with rainfall of 15-30mm, locally heavy rain over 80mm. Risk of heavy rain >80mm/3 hours.
Warning During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Localized heavy rain can cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes, and flooding in low-lying areas.
