Regarding the construction of floodgates to regulate the amount of water drained from the airport, in Official Dispatch No. 1846/UBND-DTDT, Chairman of the City People's Committee Pham Duc An assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects and related units to synthesize and report the implementation of the construction projects of 5 floodgates to regulate the amount of water in the airport (project name, investor, implementation progress, completion progress...).
Propose solutions to shorten processes and procedures to speed up implementation and strive to complete before the 2025 rainy and stormy season; send a document to the City People's Committee for consideration and report to the Standing Committee of the City People's Council as required.
In addition, Chairman of the City People's Committee Pham Duc An also assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Traffic, Agriculture and related units to review and synthesize the implementation of projects related to the collection and drainage system of rainwater and wastewater in coastal areas.
The scope of the review is concentrated in Son Tra, An Hai and Ngu Hanh Son areas. On that basis, the Department of Construction and units must specifically report on the management and operation of the system, submit to the City People's Committee for consideration and report to the Standing Committee of the City People's Council according to the assigned schedule.
