On October 30, the Lam Dong Provincial Civil Defense Command, heavy rain occurred and lasted from October 27 to present. Rainfall measured in some communes and wards: Phuoc Hoi 106.4mm; Tan Phuoc 105.8mm; Tan Tien 43.6mm; Tan Duc 41.4mm.

Some areas have receded in flood water levels, while some localities are still experiencing flooding in houses, transportation, and agricultural production such as: Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan, Ham Liem, Ham Kiem, Tuyen Quang.
Ham Kiem commune flooded 30 houses, about 20 hectares of dragon fruit trees, two traffic intersections and the areas along the Ca Ty river, Thi stream, and Cat river were flooded.

Ham Liem commune flooded 50 houses, 105 households were isolated; organized the evacuation of 21 households from deeply flooded areas, about 300 hectares of crops.
In addition, there are 11 concrete roads that are flooded with a total length of about 20km. In some areas of Hoi Nhon village, there are flooding and the water is continuing to rise.

Ham Thuan Bac commune flooded 85 houses, nearly 1,000 hectares of crops; swept away more than 950 cattle and poultry; damaged three inter-village roads; landslides at the foot of Lang bridge and Trang bridge.
Binh Thuan Ward organized the evacuation of 133 households that were deeply flooded, about 165 hectares of crops and damaged a shrimp pond, fish pond, and landslide on DT 718 road about 30m long.
Hong Son commune flooded more than 780 hectares of rice and crops, lost 1,192 chickens, and a 20m bank.
Hong Thai commune flooded 80 houses, about 600 hectares of crops, sweeping away 150 livestock and poultry.

Heavy rain also caused landslides on many roads such as National Highway 28, 28B, 27 and National Highway 20, causing serious traffic congestion.
Currently, the rain is still complicated in many localities in the province, with the potential risk of subsidence, landslides, flooding and flash floods.
Forces from the province to the grassroots are on duty 24/7, mobilizing maximum means and equipment according to the "4 on-site" motto to promptly support people in responding to floods in all situations.

Consecutive storms and floods have caused many deaths, missing and injuries; many houses and production and business establishments have had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage.
