According to updated data at 13:00 on July 22, in the North, Tuyen Quang Lake has a water level of 105.51 m, 14.49 m lower than the normal water level. Lai Chau Lake is at 286.34 m, 8.66 m lower; Ban Chat 469.78 m, 5.22 m lower; Huoi Quang 369.71 m, 0.29 m lower.
Son La Lake has a water level of 198.61 m, 16.39 m lower than the normal water level. Hoa Binh Lake is at 103.7 m, 14.3 m lower; Thac Ba Lake is at 52.19 m, 5.81 m lower.
In the North Central region, Trung Son Lake has a water level of 150.21 m, 9.79 m lower than the normal water level; Ban Ve Lake is at 173.32 m, 26.68 m lower; Khe Bo Lake 64.41 m, 0.59 m lower; Quang Tri Lake 459.57 m, 20.43 m lower.
In the South Central Coast, A Vuong Lake has a water level of 352.54 m, 27.46 m lower than the normal water level. Song Bung 4 Lake is at 209.55 m, 12.95 m lower; Ba Ha River 102.83 m, 2.17 m lower; Hinh River 201.37 m, 7.63 m lower.
In the Central Highlands, Ialy Lake has a water level of 501.09 m, 13.91 m lower than the normal water level. Se San 3 Lake is at 303.8 m, 0.7 m lower; Se San 4 Lake is at 211.58 m, 3.42 m lower. An Khe Lake has a water level of 428.32 m, 0.68 m lower.
Tri An Lake in the Southeast region has a water level of 51.43 m, 10.57 m lower than the normal water level. Water flow to the lake reached 270 m3/s, total discharge 666 m3/s, all through the plant.
Notably, some lakes have water levels close to normal water levels such as Huoi Quang, Vinh Son A, Se San 3A and An Khe. Meanwhile, many lakes in the North and Central regions are still far from normal water levels.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting on July 22, in the Northern region, in the late afternoon and night there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places; sunny days, in some places hot weather above 35 degrees Celsius.
The area from Hue to Da Nang and the east of provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will have hot and intense heat with the highest temperature commonly 36-38 degrees C, with places experiencing particularly intense heat above 39 degrees C.
The Southern region in the late afternoon and night has showers and thunderstorms in some places; sunny during the day, with hot sun in some places.
