The water level of many large rivers across the country on July 22nd changed slowly or fluctuated according to the regulation of reservoirs, irrigation works and the influence of tides.

According to the newsletter of the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, at 7:00 a.m. on July 22, the water level of Thao River in Yen Bai was 25.74 m, Phu Tho was 12.63 m; Lo River in Tuyen Quang 15.11 m, Vu Quang 8.12 m.

The water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh Lake at 7:00 am on July 22 is 35.50 m. In the next 36 hours, the forecast water level will fluctuate from 34.50-36.00 m.

In the lower reaches of the Red River, the water level at Hanoi station at 7:00 am on July 22 is 3.69 m. The forecast water level fluctuates in the range of 3.45-3.70 m from 1:00 pm on July 22 to 7:00 am on July 23.

On the Cau River at Dap Cau station, the highest actual measured water level is 1.30 m, the lowest is 1.00 m. Thuong River at Phu Lang Thuong station has a highest water level of 1.30 m, the lowest is 0.90 m. Luc Nam River at Luc Nam station has a highest water level of 1.20 m, the lowest is 0.80 m.

The Thai Binh River at Pha Lai station has the highest actual measured water level of 1.24 m, the lowest of 1.00 m; forecast for the next 36 hours, the highest is 1.30 m, the lowest is 0.90 m.

In the North Central region, the Ma River at Giang station has the highest actual measured water level of 0.87 m; forecast highest of 1.00 m. The La River at Linh Cam station has the highest actual measured water level of 0.43 m; forecast highest of 0.60 m. The Gianh River at Mai Hoa station has the highest actual measured water level of 0.48 m; forecast highest of 0.50 m.

The water level of the Perfume River at Kim Long station at 7:00 am on July 22 is 0.50 m, forecast to fluctuate in the range of 0.48-0.52 m.

In the South Central Coast, the Thu Bon River at Cau Lau station has the highest actual measured water level of 0.29 m; forecast highest of 0.35 m. Tra Khuc River at Tra Khuc station has the highest actual measured water level of 1.59 m, lowest of 1.27 m; forecast highest of 1.60 m, lowest of 1.30 m.

On the Kon River at Thanh Hoa station, the water level at 7:00 AM on July 22 was 6.84 m, forecast at 1:00 PM on the same day at 6.85 m.

In the Southeast region, the Dong Nai River at Ta Lai station has a water level of 110.75 m at 7:00 AM on July 22, forecast to fluctuate in the range of 110.70-110.80 m. The Be River at Phuoc Hoa station has a water level of 19.46 m, forecast to fluctuate from 19.40-19.85 m.

At the headwaters of the Mekong River, the highest water level on July 21st on the Tien River at Tan Chau station is 1.75 m, and the Hau River at Chau Doc station is 1.83 m. It is forecasted that by July 26th, the highest water level of the day at Tan Chau will decrease to 1.40 m, and at Chau Doc to 1.50 m.
