It is forecasted that the water level of the Thao River at Yen Bai station and Phu Tho station will continue to decrease in the next 12 hours and then possibly rise due to the impact of rain in the basin.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station, Vu Quang station (Phu Tho) is decreasing. Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir still maintains opening 1 bottom discharge gate at 4:00 PM on July 24, 2026, according to telegram No. 8258/CD-BNNMT.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 am on July 27 was at 16.54m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 9.54m.

It is forecasted that the water level on the Lo River at Tuyen Quang station and at Vu Quang station will change in an upward trend.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir fluctuates according to the upstream hydropower regulation and the impact of rain in the basin.

With the Red River, the downstream water level at the Hanoi hydrological station is fluctuating according to the regulation of the upper-level hydropower plant and is affected by tides.
At 7:00 AM on July 27, the water level at Hanoi station was at 4.34m.
It is forecasted that the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station will continue to fluctuate according to the regulation of the above-line hydropower plant (Tuyen Quang Lake, Hoa Binh Lake still maintain 1 bottom discharge gate) and will be affected by tides.
