With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh Lake will increase and is forecast to fluctuate according to the regulation of the above hydropower line.
Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 17, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was at 28.77m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is rising due to the impact of rain in the basin. It is forecasted that it will continue to fluctuate in an upward trend.
According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 AM on September 17 was 2.98m.
