Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 16, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was at 40.57m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is fluctuating according to the tide and is affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.
According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 AM on September 16 was at 2.00m.
It is forecasted that the water level downstream of the Red River will fluctuate upwards; affected by tides and regulation of upstream hydropower plants.
