On September 21, at 10:30 am, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting issued a Short-term Hydrographic Forecast and Warning Bulletin.
According to the bulletin, with the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province), Phu Tho station is decreasing and is forecast to change slowly in a downward trend.
Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 am on September 21st was at 26.06m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 12.74m.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station (Phu Tho province) is and will continue to fluctuate and be affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 am on September 21st was at 13.58m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 5.06m.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the regulation of the above hydropower line.
Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 21, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was at 9.75m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is and will continue to fluctuate with a downward trend, affected by the upstream hydropower regulation and tidal regime.
According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 AM on September 21st was 2.31m.
