According to the bulletin, with the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province), Phu Tho station is changing slowly and is forecast to decrease.
Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 am on September 18 was at 27.79m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 13.61m.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station (Phu Tho province) is rising due to Tuyen Quang Lake and Thac Ba Lake increasing power generation.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 AM on September 18 was at 14.74m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 7.02m.
It is forecasted that in the Lower Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station will fluctuate according to the regulation influence of the above-line hydropower plant.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the regulation of the above hydropower line.
Monitoring data shows that at 7:00 AM on September 18, the water level of the Da River at Hoa Binh reservoir station was at 33.50m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at the Hanoi Hydrological Station is fluctuating with an upward trend. It is forecast that it will fluctuate with a downward trend, then be affected by the upstream hydropower regulation and tidal regime.
According to monitoring data, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station at 7:00 AM on September 18 was at 3.36m.
