With the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station and Phu Tho station is changing slowly and is forecast to rise.
Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 AM on August 4th was at 27.20m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 13.18m.
With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station, Vu Quang station (Phu Tho) is rising. Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir still maintains opening 1 bottom discharge gate.
Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 AM on August 4th was at 17.53m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 9.68m.
It is forecasted that the water level downstream of the Lo River at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station will continue to rise due to rain in the basin and the impact of upstream hydropower regulation.
With the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir is and will continue to fluctuate according to the above-level hydropower regulation.
At 7:00 AM on August 4th, the water level of Hoa Binh Lake was at 43.59m.
With the Red River, the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station is decreasing (Tuyen Quang Lake still maintains a single opening).
At 7:00 AM on August 4th, the water level at Hanoi station was at 3.80m.
It is forecasted that the water level downstream of the Red River at Hanoi station will change slowly.
