In the Northwest region, Lai Chau Lake recorded a water level of 292.91 m, inflow to the lake of 2,952 m3/s, total discharge volume of 651 m3/s.
Ban Chat Lake has a water level of 470.37 m, water inflow 475 m3/s, total discharge volume 431 m3/s. Huoi Quang Lake is at 369.25 m, water inflow 370 m3/s, total discharge volume 368 m3/s.
Son La Lake has an upstream water level of 197.66 m, inflow to lake 2. 151 m3/s and total discharge volume 752 m3/s.
At Hoa Binh reservoir, the upstream water level reached 102.02 m, the water flow to the reservoir was 1. 178 m3/s. The total discharge volume reached 1. 015 m3/s, of which 564 m3/s was through the spillway and 448 m3/s through the plant.
Thac Ba Lake has a water level of 54.28 m, a flow rate of 463 m3/s and a total discharge rate of 104 m3/s.
