According to updated data at 3:00 PM on July 26, Hoa Binh hydropower reservoir has an upstream water level of 101.33 m, 117 m lower than the normal water level. Water flow to the reservoir reached 3,519 m3/s, total discharge volume 4,404 m3/s, of which 1,492 m3/s through the spillway and 2,912 m3/s through the plant.
Son La Lake has a water level of 198.17 m, water inflow of 1,849 m3/s, total discharge volume of 3,238 m3/s, all through the plant.
At Lai Chau reservoir, the water level is at 287.38 m, the inflow and total discharge volume both reach 1,582 m3/s, the entire amount of water discharged through the plant.
Tuyen Quang Lake has a water level of 107.53 m, water inflow of 897 m3/s, total discharge volume of 1,225.98 m3/s. Of which, 510 m3/s through the spillway and 715.98 m3/s through the plant.
Thac Ba Lake has a water level of 52.21 m, a water inflow of 361 m3/s, and a total discharge of 442.64 m3/s through the plant.
At Ban Chat reservoir, the water level reached 469.88 m, water inflow 212 m3/s, total discharge 240 m3/s through the plant. Huoi Quang reservoir has a water level of 369.50 m, water inflow 118 m3/s, total discharge 340 m3/s through the plant.

Sunny during the day with the highest temperature around 32 - 35 degrees C.

The Southern region has rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Rain concentrates in the afternoon and night.
