On July 31, in the area of the road leading to the elevated Ring Road 2 - Dai La Street, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police organized patrols to control, detect and handle many cases of motorbikes entering the prohibited road.
The elevated Ring Road 2 is a road designed specifically for cars, at the entrances there are signs prohibiting motorbikes and mopeds. However, in more than an hour of inspection, the authorities discovered nearly 10 cases of violations.


Working with the working group, many people admitted that the elevated Ring Road 2 prohibits motorbikes from circulating, however, just because they were afraid of being late for work and wanting to go faster, they violated.
Or the case of Mr. D.N.L (born in 1997, residing in Bo De ward), driving a motorbike with license plate 19U1-62XX to the elevated Ring Road 2, was discovered by the working group and stopped for inspection. Working with the working group, Mr. L said he took the opportunity to go up to avoid having to wait for many red lights.


Major Tran Ngoc Trung - Captain of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 said that the elevated Ring Road 2 route has a high speed, designed specifically for cars. Driving a motorbike in is a dangerous act, prone to accidents. People need to absolutely comply with regulations, not because of haste but because they violate the law.
In the coming time, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 will continue to increase the deployment of forces at the points of rise and fall of the elevated Ring Road 2 to strictly handle violations, while promoting propaganda work to raise awareness of compliance of traffic participants.
