In recent days, many electric vehicle users have been surprised to see a large-scale charging station being put into operation at Nhon parking lot (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi). This is a large-capacity charging station with a leading scale in the capital, operated by V-Green with 42 120kW charging stations, providing 82 fast charging ports, meeting the increasing needs of users.
As one of the guests here, Mr. Tuan (36 years old, Hanoi), owner of VF 6 admitted that VinFast's "different charging infrastructure every day" makes car owners like him increasingly satisfied.
"Usually I charge at the booth right next to the company office, just plug in the charger and go to work, and the battery is full after more than 1 hour. Today, seeing that the newspaper application has a new station near my house, I stopped to try it, surprised because right in the city, the station is very large, with many high-power pillars, said Mr. Tuan.
Similarly, at Dich Vong parking lot (Cau Giay), V-Green's newly opened charging station with 20 120kW charging stations, equivalent to 40 charging ports, also attracts many electric vehicle owners.
" charging is becoming more and more convenient. In Hanoi, after a few minutes of traveling, you will encounter a charging station. There are markets, supermarkets or residential areas, said Ms. Hoa, a VF 3 user.
Not only private vehicle owners, taxi drivers - those who travel at high intensity and often have long trips - understand better than anyone the increasingly huge coverage of the V-Green charging station system.
Having been driving an electric vehicle for nearly 2 years, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh (30 years old), an electric taxi driver in Hanoi, affirmed that he has never had to worry about finding a charging place.
"I recently drove a passenger from Hanoi to the western border commune of Nghe An province. There are countless charging stations, near the border there is still a VinFast charging station. Driving an electric vehicle is now more free than a gasoline vehicle because you don't have to find a gas station at night or in remote areas," said Mr. Thanh.
Not only that, Mr. Thanh also appreciated that charging the battery is much more economical than filling up with gas. "I travel several hundred kilometers a day, if it were a gasoline car, the cost would be very high. As for electric cars, they are free to charge until mid-2027, which means I save tens of millions of VND per month. In addition, maintenance is also cheaper, I have a good deposit to send to my family every month, said Mr. Thanh.
With great advantages in cost and convenience, more and more Vietnamese customers have switched to using electric vehicles. In particular, when VinFast's charging station system is increasingly complete, Vietnamese users will no longer worry about infrastructure, even considering this a driving force for green transformation.
Currently, V-Green covers more than 150,000 charging ports nationwide. The current charging station map is getting more and more dense as V-Green expands its franchise model. In the next 3 years, V-Green's orientation is to develop to 500,000 electric vehicle charging ports nationwide.
It is this synchronous development that is convincing Vietnamese people to switch from gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles, contributing to the goal of green development - Net zero 2050 of the country.
